I hope it helps (and Harry, feel free to use it in the guide). There will be minor spoilers but nothing big. So here is my optimized mission tree listing only the missions that are required for trophies. If not do a couple of the little ones you have no doubt come across during your playthrough. I have put a reminder in the guide to get all the Bobbleheads before a certain point so once you've collected them just make sure you have the side quest trophy. The faction missions do not count as side quests but I haven't listed these because the 10 will pretty much come naturally while finding all the Bobbleheads. One more thing to mention is that you also need to complete 10 side quests. Also it means you are more likely to get the accumulative trophies because more of the game has been played on the original save file (before branching off on individual save files to do the endings.) That way when you reload your save to do one of the other endings it doesn't take you back so far and you're not losing as much progress. There are lots of accumulative trophies in the game not to mention the extra fun that comes with building up a longer list of perks and more in game items etc so being able to play as much of the game as possible before committing to an ending is ideal. Harry's trophy guide is great as always but after platinuming the game for a 2nd time and spending almost 300 hours on it my suspicion that the mission tree could be improved was confirmed. I've been meaning to post a mission tree for a while now but have just been super busy.
